Zapiet ‑ Pickup + Delivery

We currently sell cakes from our store in Sydney and Zapiet allows provides as app that does everything we need to for pick-up date and time options! Love that we can have different opening hours for each day as well as cut-off times. Also, the support is great (especially Betty!) -- replies are so prompt and all my problems get resolved :)

Just installed the app and I have to say the customer service is absolutely SUPERB. So far it's working just as promised, and I'm really looking forward to how much easier this app is going to make my work life :)

I had an issue that was preventing key customers from being able to place orders. Rather than just providing blanket responses and trying to send me off to fix the issue on my own, Leo took the time to look into my settings and help make the corrections needed to get my cart back up and running. I really appreciated him being so patient and helpful.

This app allows for lots of different pickup/delivery options which is wonderful, but the best part about it is the support team. They are always available, and I always get to talk to a real person who can a) walk me through what needs to be done b)do it for me, if needed, and c) tell me the ins and outs of the app - like how to get things set up. SO helpful!

Zapiet has helped us do so much more with offering services to our customers. The amount of customization and flexibility also makes managing an e-commerce store a breeze. The UI is also super intuitive and even if you are a beginner with Shopify, it will be easy to learn. Thanks Zapiet and thank you Jessica for being the best at helping us with any issues we have.

This app is the reason we switched our web hosting over to Shopify. Due to increased delivery demand during covid we needed a system to help with lead times, date pickers, and cutoffs to keep our load under control. The app works as promised and the support staff fixes issues almost immediately. We highly recommend! We’ve had this app connected for over 5 years. It’s been rock solid. We rarely need support because it works so well, but when we do, the help is excellent. I was glad to get support from Betty & Clemency on live chat, quick, smart, and really know the app. I'm in Asia, so I really appreciate the responsive support in my timezone. Shopify should seriously consider giving this app some recognition. It’s one of the best we’ve used.

I have used other apps for delivery before having the need to offer store pickup, local delivery, and shipping. This is the best app you can have, it works as described. It offers many options for customization and it is easy to set up. Customer support is stellar. I needed some tweaks to be done and Sandy, Ismail, Sam and Andy, are all great to work with and will go the extra mile to help you out. Thank you!! Highly recommended!
