Don't know if I should share this or not, but Billy stayed past his shift for me! He worked all day on my issue, not because he was slow in responding but because it was so difficult! He stuck with it, was patient with me and didn't stop until he got a resolution! So thankful for him!

The support team has been incredible in helping resolve some issue that came up with the app and my Shopify setup. Between Betty & Pavlo, they were both so amazing at helping me figure out the conflicts I had with my store and now it works seamlessly. Thanks for the help and for making my life just a little easier. Jessica also was able to help resolve some additional changes that needed to be made and she did it so quickly and perfectly, she even stayed after her shift was over to help complete the request I had! Everyone is so helpful! Allan was extremely helpful today too!
