Veronica and Jayne were an amazing help to sort out some deep issues that were impacting customer experience. Very grateful to them both, for listening, problem solving and communicating back to me really clearly what changes had been made.
It took a handful of attempts to troubleshoot but after a week or so Zapiet was able to help solve some custom coding issues. A few agents were definitely more experienced and eager to help than others but nonetheless, we are thankful for the support.
