I use the app to sell merchandise, I am still in the process of learning the procedures but look forward to being an expert in the end. All merchants should utilize this app for their business.
Coming from the old channels it pretty much set itself up! It’s impressive how far the platforms have come. You’re able to set up a campaign straight from the Shopify app without to much hassle.
Hopeless. Going round and round in circles trying to set it up & my partner has had the same experience. Now it says My account is suspended. Probably will give up trying to set up this function.
Hi, there. I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble with the setup. I'm afraid Shopify doesn't have any control over Facebook's decision to suspend an account, so your best bet will be to reach out to them directly to inform them of the mistake.
The best way to do this is to navigate to Help & Support > Report a problem, in your Facebook account. This should prompt them to review your account and lift the suspension. It was super easy to set up and even easier to use. The review and approval says it takes about a day so we will see how long that takes, but i am excited to be able to sale products on Facebook.
Great app that helps me spread the news about my shop and supply my customers with what they need. Selling on the web is really competitive these days, so you really need all the help you can get.
Its so easy to get started, easy pizy lemon squeezy. Moreover the guide is eloborative. I was not able to setup the facebook commerce account because its not available in my region. So little sad.
We are very happy with this app so far, we came across some problems during set up, which were resolved quickly by Shopify support. We look forward to using this ap to increase our store audience.
I recognize the virtues and value of Facebook however, my experience is that of confusion and disappointments. I just don’t have anything to show after three attempts with 3 different consultants.

Quite possibly the worst experience of my life. I've never had such frustration before, ever. Wasted so much of my valuable time and energy trying to set this up. Two weeks later, still not working.

I'm trying to connect my instagram account through the facebook app and it doesn't seem to work. It's unclear what the problem is, and no clear way to get help. If I could rate it zero stars I would.
