I use this app to sell. BUT it won't recognise me as the main admin so i cant set up facebook or instagram ads with it. I am the sole owner of the business and don't have anyone else working on the site so I am confused

I use this to market my clothing line and items from my store. I wish the marketing was free to use. I would sign up for it asap. I like how my page is open to the public to view and gain access to my store from the app.
I'm sure its great once connected but the biz mgr & admin etc are difficult to navigate-who is who etc. Need better info on how to set up. My catalog works but FB page isn't connected how is that possible? UGGGGGGHHHHH

The worst experience in terms of usability and integration. I cannot express how unhappy I am with this channel. Unable to connect anything with the app in order to sell on instagram or facebook. Waste of time and effort.

Confusing, time consuming and no communication at all on fb side. Fb rejected some items and others not...but from the same product and its just impossible to have a real answer other than those bots answer.
Disappointing!
I'm just not exactly sure what's happening. Its above my paygrade, unfortunately, despite the fact I own the company. It seems like we were all set, but I'm GUESSING FB changed its terms, so we had to do what was requested.
I can’t get past Error 500. Shopify keeps telling me that I need to check my logs and there’s no menu option for that. Read their help columns in the community support and zero REAL help was given to others with the same issue

Super easy to install and only took a few minutes. If you have more than one business page you can also select which ones have permission. Haven't tried the product promotions or tracking yet but I'll update if it's noteworthy

Well It was easy. I loved how I get to this review, when I was expecting to have a hard time connecting my Shopify with both my Facebook and Instagram account.. Was so difficult on my phone that I switched to desktop. Nice Job.
