me han pedido verificarmi negocio he subido los documentos varias veces y lo vuelven a pedir.

It is a struggle trying to get the catalog back on the platform once it is removed for a simple information update

Absoutely useless. Can't connect even though my FB and Instagram is set up correctly. And META customer service doens't exist.

I am trying to validate my information and I will not allow it for some reason.

Terrible app doesnt not help or make it easy to sync always gives errors and no help at all.......

there are many unclear info about what to be fixed and next. and difficult to get support to clear the issues

Facebook makes it difficult if not IMPOSSIBLE to FIND, Locate & Talk to customers without having to dig through the back end to only accidently stumble across the tools they need to sell properly.
EVERYTHING SHOULD GO THROUGH SHOPIFY!!!
Facebook Shop is not set up properly.
And most people do not ever end up seeing customer inquiries or orders half the time!
It's annoying.
Again - everythiong should go through Shopify!

Facebook and Instagram shops do not work in Iraq.

The automated system doesn't recognize documents uploaded to verify your store. Get ready to spend HOURS trying to get anything sorted out. BIG PITA.
