This is a pretty good app for collecting reviews. It has some very useful features. When I ran into an issue with an email template I reached out to customer support and Tasnim was able to help me out.
I had a design layout I was wanting to use for my product page and I spent 2-4 hours working on it, but could not get it. I reached out to their support team and they did it for me in 5 minutes. 10/10 service.
