Rhedd was extremely patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to investigate our account, clearly explained why we couldn't recover it, and provided the best solution based on our situation.
He also confirmed that our Shopify contacts would automatically sync to a new Mailchimp account, which gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldn't lose our subscriber list.
