LORI was good.
I had a brilliant experience with Jean this evening, who walked me through several problems I was having integrating MailChimp with Shopify and setting up various alerts and emails. She was very detailed and patient, as I don't really know what I'm doing. It's been the best experience I've had yet with virtual support. Thank you very much, Jean!
