Jean provided amazing service while helping resolve an issue with receiving subscription emails from my Shopify and Mailchimp setup. She carefully checked all the necessary parts of the configuration to make sure everything was functioning properly. She was very professional and thorough throughout the process.
What I especially appreciated was that when our chat connection disappeared, she followed up afterward to make sure everything had been resolved and that I had the help I needed. Excellent customer service overall!

This is a really useful app and the customer service is top notch. I was having some sync issues and i used the Integration App Support Chat - Rhedd answered me almost immediately and spent time taking me through the whole process, even taking my email address to follow up on progress etc. Definitely recommended

We have been using Mailchimp for a while but needed help with setting up their integration after migrating our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and creating an automation for signing up new subscribers.
It's all working perfectly now and it was really easy to set up with the help of the Mailchimp support team. We were dealing with Mary, Sunny and Jess and they couldn't have been more friendly, competent and helpful! All issues were sorted within no time and we were even provided with customised step-by-step guides to help us. An absolutely lovely experience!
Lori at MailChimp helped me a lot today with a technical issue. So far, I find the support at MailChimp very good. After a learning curve, creating and sending emails is getting easier every time.
