Have loved working with Mailchimp since installing it and their support team are always happy to help (particularly Dean who helped with my latest query).
Rafael was very polite. Even he did not have the answers I need he try to help me.
Lori was very helpful and is taking my concern further to the app developers to see if they can resolve my issue as it was not possible to resolve it all in the online chat.
