Awesome experience working with this company. Great customer service, great designs and tons of options for campaigns. We use it for winbacks, VIP customers and even in-store events. #1 post card company hands down.
Amazing customer services, and if you are using segment on Klaviyo for your emails, with PostPilot you can create a new way to contact your audiences, very useful and for sure a MUST have in the e-commerce ecosystem.
We implemented this app quickly and had our first campaign out in less than a couple days. Results are starting to pour in and we love the feature of automation that helps us in our retention efforts. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love it, the easiest to use- most importantly it integrates directly with Shopify so there's no exporting lists, etc. Can't wait to see how it does! Already set up one automated campaign also. Customer service is on it!
AMAZING! I recommend it to all our friends. They take care of all of the heavy lifting in terms of creative and setup. And they are doing something with postcards that no other company is doing right now. It is Klaviyo for post cards.

Starting to see a positive return from using this service. A great way to get more customers looking at your brand. The whiteglove setup service is great and it's easy to get designs made for you. Time will tell, but I am seeing good results so far!
With all the craziness going on with the online marketing (rising cost, ios 14.5 etc) we were looking for a new channel to increase retention. Luckily enough we found Postpilot and had great results from the first campaign.
You should definitely try it out!
