Postscript SMS Marketing

I needed help fixing a gif and Andre literally did the most for me! I honestly have never had such great and fast service. I really appreciate this aspect alongside an app that has brought in a lot more orders too!

Love Postscript app. we have brought in over $100k in 9 months while using the application. Postscript team also hosts workshops to assist with maximizing app for profitability. However it is a little pricey when you need to add pictures or emojis

I've done email and SMS marketing for over 5 brands. I switch them all to Postscript because they're just so much better than any other app — they win in cost, service, quality, and innovation. Don't waste your time with any other apps, just start here. You won't regret it.

With Facebook slowing down I looked to other options for promotion. PostScript has been INCREDIBLE! Amazing integration, customer service, etc. Always helpful anytime I need anything and I have noticed an increase in conversion since adding it with my email and social media marketing. So grateful!

We just got started with Postscript and the team has been beyond supportive and helpful. We are big believers in human connection and Postscript goes above and beyond. The customer service (shoutout to Shannon and Sean), replies in seconds and the founders are never above hopping on a call to troubleshoot an issue. SO excited to be working with this team!

Don’t get involved with them. Postscript was amazing. We tried multiple SMS platforms- we finally felt at "home" Peter helped us get setup and he was great. Then we worked one on one with Joe, his patience and knowledge to get the most out of the app was amazing. Then we kept getting passed from person to person and now- now they won’t strategize with us monthly at all. Seems like they have a ton of turn over. Ran and operated very poorly. Not iPhone friendly.

If I could give this company 8 out of 5 Stars… I so would! I have used a lot of Text Campaign Platforms and have tried dozens of Shopify apps to help optimize my store and I have to say, PostScript is one of the best companies | apps I have ever used for so many reasons but since I can’t write an entire book, I’ll just write a teaser instead.

First of all, IT WORKS & IT MAKES ME MONEY! First of all it does what it says it will do and I immediately saw a return on my money. Using Post Script has significantly increased my bottom line. Not too mention, the price point is very reasonable compared to other companies who offer a lot less.

Secondly, it is EASY TO USE. It is soooo easy to use. You do not have to be a genius nor completely app savvy. The platform is super easy to navigate and set up. I love analytics as they help me plan my next move and postscript analytics are super thorough.

Lastly, and so important to me is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! There is nothing better than a company that actually responds to their clients in a completely timely fashion and really gives a damn. No matter how small or medium my question is, the Postscript team is always there to immediately fix it and their response time is so consistent and has not altered in all my years of utilizing them. Their entire team has been so helpful, I could not possibly ask for more if I tried.

The app has bugs and the support is absolutely unprofessional. Asks several times if the private key was used instead of the public key. As if you were an idiot.

Postscript was recommended to me as the leading SMS platform for Shopify, and they have some good features that are hard to find. However, the honest truth is I can't say Postscript is reliable enough to recommend. It's littered with bugs and frequently either fails to send automations or sends them in error, which is a real liability to our communications with our most valuable customers. I've probably spent weeks of my time as a founder working with their support team to resolve bugs and problems with their product. Customer support was initially helpful but frequently fails to follow up and requires reminders from me to solve problems. A recent issue with Postscript caused an order to initiate without a customer's consent, and 7 weeks later we're still waiting on an explanation or resolution. I've worked on software startups for a decade and cannot understand the poor technology execution at Postscript. They are abundantly capitalized, with a large engineering team, and the product cannot be relied upon to do what it promises to do.
