The customer service is significantly more supportive than SMSBump. So for the integration process has been nothing but seemless. I had the pleasure of working with Sylvia. She made sure that all my question were answered.
I am using the app for text marketing. My welcome and abandoned cart emails were extremely easy to set-up. Our list is growing daily. Also getting my questions answered on "chat" has been so easy. I highly recommend the app.

Just downloaded this app and I have seen great response from the sign up campaign. My customers are super excited about it. I had a little issue that I couldn't figure out and the support team were amazing and super responsive.
Just signed up- but LOVING this app so far! I can create texts that look like they are actually coming from me, not a "robot". Customer service is exceptional too! Very helpful and friendly. (Thank you Bryan!!) Highly recommend!
