Super useful analytics and insights App! One of those rare companies that approaches reporting from a POV considering how the insights can directly inform a business change or decision. Visually the reports are easy to understand and ready to share. Thank you to the team for supporting quickly with my questions.

This app is an absolute game changer and offers an incredible number of analysis with just few clicks. RetentionX is one of the apps in our software stack that's a total no-brainer. Being able to have an accurate view of historical data from our store, in addition to forecasts that can be modified across optimistic, neutral, and pessimistic scenarios has been a game changer for us. This app has a beautiful UI but more importantly, the detail and insights that it returns is unparalleled. One of our favorite features is the segmentation engine that can be used to slice and dice all the different reports to provide even deeper insights. It is the end of your painful copy-paste in Excel. We are using this app for about a month. It is just amazing because if you are looking for a CLV report, Forecasts, Insights on your customer and product data, this app will save you a lot of time and money. The build-in reports are very well designed and easy to use. And the support is very reactive! Thanks to Alex and the team to make my life easier and help me focus on the business instead of crunching data!

RetentionX has a wealth of data analysis which is easy to understand, use and apply to a variety of business needs. Being able to segment customers in so many different ways and then perform various analysis on those groups as well as compare different segments against one another is so helpful and RetentionX does it in such a simple way. Amazing app - definitely the best retention platform I have worked with. There are so many insights into your customer database, product performance and RFM groups, that can help your business make informed decisions. The app is easy to use and graphs are easy to understand. The support is also outstanding, their team has been helping us find all sorts of information about our customers and develop innovative solutions if we're looking for some particular insights.
