The app is very easy to use and Support has been very helpful. The replays are really nice, because you get to see what the customers are actually doing, verses just looking at lines on a page.

Highly recommend this app! The features are very comprehensive, especially the session recording and IP exclusion—they are essential for accurate data analysis.
The customer support is incredibly responsive and solved my issues within minutes.

I've been using it for a few days now, still figuring it out, but I find it very useful, practical, and easy to use. It has features like recording visits (which works smoothly and well), heat maps, and even surveys! (quite configurable to fit the store's design). The customer service was excellent; Tom helped me very kindly, and I'm very happy with it!
