Propel Replay, Survey, Heatmap

I'm just getting started with my Shopify store, and I'm really enjoying this app so far. It's easy to use, and the support team has been very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to seeing the results!

I love the app! It's given me a lot more insight into what customers do/see/experience on my site. I wish I had known about it sooner. And the customer service is amazing as well.

Ok so why do I like this?
So the video replays are a game changer. I watched about 20 and spotted our image size for products was resulting in people having to scroll down to the thumbnails under and then back up to view image. I would imagine this was really annoying and probably resulted in some leaving. So we edited it so this was not required

Also spotted some collections would have all the products so people were scrolling. On the mobile app the filters were less obvious so we inserted a featured collection block at the top so at least there was a quick easy narrow down for those browsing

There are more but you can really spot the things that customers value and linger on and so make them more prominent or available earlier in the page.

Really usefull app! Perfect and fast support. Recommended for shops that want to know exactly how their customers interact with their website. 10/10

It is definitely a fantastic app. It enables you to discover issues your customers are experiencing—problems you never even imagined existed. I use it to identify issues whenever I make changes to my website.

I just received my first sale and it was great to be able to playback the customer's site behavior. The free plan is working just fine so far! :)

The app works flawlessly, and the setup was very easy. Huge thanks to Hernane from customer support for being so friendly, helping me understand how it works, and upgrading my account with extra features. 5 stars!

So far, this app has been great. I just started using the AI app on Shopify and found out I had major issues with my store attracting customers from mobile phone traffic. I also learned at some point that mobile phone traffic just stops. I also like the app because once I switch to a pay plan, I can block IP addresses that appear to be just bots and are cluttering up the replays. I will do the switch as soon as another app fixes other problems identified by sidekick.

Really helpful for our webshop!
