Pretty good so far - we will see for sure in a week or two. Thank you for the extras, much appreciated, an extra heatmap will be useful since I don't have a main prod page - only collections. Excellent support so far, immediate help with the best way to block ip's and advice on interpreting recording results. My goal is to decrease bounce - lets see of Propel data can help us find our way out of this one. High hopes currently.

Excellent app! Easy to set up and the session recordings are incredibly detailed. Helped me understand exactly how customers navigate my store. The heatmaps are a great bonus. Highly recommend!
great way to see what your customers are actually doing on the site. make good changes instead of making random changes and hope it increases sales
