Ive been very satisfied with how helpful the Recharge team has been. I especially appreciate the complimentary strategy sessions with team members like Sean and Ben who have helped to optimize the value we get out of Recharge. It feels like Recharge is a true partner, not just a software we are paying for.
The Customer Service is outstanding! I'm typically not a tech-savvy person, but one of your Customer Service Reps (Jack G.) made getting our merchant services migration simple to understand. That combined with his personal help allowed us to achieve the task with minimal 'discomfort.'
