Besonders hilfreich ist für uns die schnelle Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden direkt über den Shop. Fragen können unkompliziert beantwortet werden und wir haben dadurch einen deutlich besseren Überblick über die Kundenanfragen.
Auch die verschiedenen Funktionen und Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten sind für unseren täglichen Kundenservice sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein zuverlässiges und benutzerfreundliches Tool, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Great app, we used this for a period of time and switched to Zendesk as we are more email focused but a month later and we are back as the Lyro Livechat agent is just too and solved so many queries before they even became an email ticket
