Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

Some app developers price their apps as if they don't know shopify owners will need quite a few apps for a thriving store. All those amounts for all that functionality adds up. Fortunately there's VITALS, which combines so much more functionality at a fraction of the price. It has so many functions that I had either been paying more for, or was still looking for.
Everything is really easy to implement, and when you have questions, customer service is great.
The app's roadmap shows that there's more to come (hopefully at a price that remains stable).
Really super value!

-This is a must have app for any shopify store, only 3 or 4 features of the 40 would cover the cost already!
-For all the stores out there suffering with shipping try this: Currency converter + Smart Bar + Shipping information, this line alone will take you months and months of research with other apps, while Vital covers end to end solution.
-Yes not all features will work as expected but overall value of this app outweighs its cost
-Integration feature is just brilliant, something no one else is doing
-Support is super quick & efficient, will go the extra mile to assist
Overall, it is a must have.

This is an AMAZING app. I have completely transformed my business from a simple online store to an interactive and exciting store that I'm sure will provide me great returns as well as a great and positive experience for my customers. I so enjoy all of the features. The tutorials are very helpful. I have reached out via chat and email with questions about certain apps or features (even during off hours) and someone is "always" available and happy to help so "THANK YOU" very much to the Vitals 40+ team and for this absolutely wonderful product! I have been using this app for more than a year. Simply, it provides a solution to almost all needs for a successful store. Despite being a multifunction app each and every function works great. For sure this is impressive but the amazing here is the merchant service team stands behind this app. I had many questions lately and have been in contact with the team many times a day for the last two weeks. Most of my questions were replied to in less than an hour if not in minutes. Michael is a star with his technical knowledge and patience. Great app and an amazing team. This app is a great way to add many features without bogging down the load speed of your website. The ROI is well worth the cost for us and that is only using 4 of the many features. They also updated the bundle feature based on a request we made. It used to be the case that if the customer added the bundled items to their cart it also gave the discount to other items in the cart that were not part of the bundle. After our request they updated this to only apply the discount to the bundled items. This took about 6 weeks, but just the fact that they did it is more than I can say for the majority of the apps we use.

I absolutely love this app! It is very easy to use and organized so that I am not overwhelmed with all that it has to offer. It had all of the apps that I had been looking for plus some that I had never considered! Not only that, but they include how-to videos to help in setting up & understanding each sub app within. The customer service is fast & wonderful. They are constantly adding new features and are also very open to hearing what their customers are looking for so that they can work on incorporating it in the future. This app truly took my store to new levels and they completely have my loyalty! Highly recommend

Wow! This is an amazing app. It does so much, yet is easy to set up and use. And by switching to VITALS' multi-functional app we were able to get rid of several others, which had a positive effect on our site speed. Not only is the app great, the customer service support is first class and 24/7. Our emails have all been answered within minutes, and the responses have been clear, accurate, and effective. We tried to think of some negative things to say about VITALS, just so this review wouldn't seem so one-sided, but we couldn't. It's a great app with great customer service. Our only regret is that we didn't discover it sooner.

Signed up for this app to simplify all of the different improvements we wanted to make to our store - boost revenue, improve conversion, improve UX etc. Whilst we are not technically minded we found the app really quite easy to navigate, tutorial vids are really useful and the support by email is very responsive and helpful. We've seen good results on the apps we've implemented so far. The best thing by far is navigating and monitoring and updating all these features from one app and not have 15 different apps + it helps add more functionality on the site without massively impacting the load speed. Well done to the team at VITALS!

This is best App on shopify. Very Very useful app....before this app i was usine Limespot, but they charged me 3 times in a month ( they called it some bug and refunded the money too, but i was worried so i removed that) . I was looking for a decent app for cross selling....found this one....tried and can say now that sometimes bad things happen in life so that you get better things in future....see i removed limespot and found this one....One concern though sometimes images in cross selling galleries look blurred and sometimes just central part of image is visible in galleries instead of whole pic.....rest everything is fine :)

I've read customer reviews on other apps always claiming that the customer service is so fast, but I guarantee you those other apps are not nearly as fast as the Vitals Support Team (shout out to Vladimir). I had two separate requests this morning and they were both finished within seconds. Seriously! By the time I went to the printer to grab some paperwork and came back to my desk, I had already received an email that it was done. It's the best and quickest customer service I've ever had in my life.
