Very annoying interface and doesnt auto archive when items are out of stock so when you try to open other business accounts you get to click through one at to archive them because facebook doesn't view your account in "good standing". They need to clean this interface so bad, everything is beyond clunky.

app link shopify to business facebook with NO HUMAN support. I can NOT LINK shopify to facebook store to buy ads, but I can BUY ADS on facebook to shopify? I get banned ads for some items in 2020, but can sell that same item on amazon and today 2022 already, so I login and see SEE DATA from 2020 TWO YEARS AGO

After a little hassle with multiple accounts and cookies everything worked out fine. Excellent and easy to navigate extension *like*

It took me less than 15 minutes to set up my Facebook shop, Instagram shop and my Facebook Ad manager inside of Shopify. This is a breeze. Unlike the earlier Facebook Shop that wanted me to edit all my product titles to no more 100 characters, this app approved all my products which are set up to 125 characters. I love it.
To be honest I'm not really sure what I'm doing right now as FB shops linking to my Shopify store are new to me. It'd be good to see a little video that explains how all of this cross-posting works but I'll figure it out once the app's approved for me. *Edit* I see now that there's a video once I get beyond this review. :)
I don't like how you have to reboot every month. It is kind of confusing and can instagram be separate from facebook? At least if one store is down then the other can be working. When you have a small business you are too busy to keep having to authenticate your store - change your passwords- and everything else involved.
Nice app, very useful and let entrepreneurs make the small business bigger and more professionals. So I make the most of my effort to give customers the best products with a unique concept, design, quality, warranty, fashion, and fun jewelry. Thanks for this great app. I recommend it to all businesses small ones or big ones
I have had THE WORST time trying to link all the accounts. Im still having difficulty. When trying to join facebook shop it says it cant find the facebook page but yet it is linked with the facebook ad accounts? It has been a nightmare and i would like to be able to ask facebook questions. but they dont have customer support.

I am excited to use this app if and only if Shopify will finally Link the correct information to my Instagram and Facebook account. The Facebook is correct but the Instagram is picking up information from another site that has nothing to do with my product catalog. Wish somebody would finally find the answer to this problem
