Tried to connect my facebook account
it locked facebook
i now have no facebook and have lost access to my business page
cant contact facebook
so have lost all my photos of my children , friends , wedding pictures, priceless memories the lot , absolutely gutted.
opened a support ticket with shopify and no one ever got back to me

So far I can’t get the “new” Facebook app to update. Went through process of reconnecting Facebook page and then Shopify wants me to delete commerce account with FB, but shopify can’t delete it so I have to disable FB commerce account but the link takes me to setup commerce management for Facebook page. Just keep going in circles.

This was way easier than the previous app. My issue has always been that Instagram never approved me, even though I sell pillows and many of my Instagram friends sell exactly the same products and have an Instagram shop. I gave up for a year, but I'm hopeful with the new app that I will get approved to sell my pillows on Instagram.

Seamless and easy, thank you guys! You'll have to connect all the info together correctly, so be sure to have it ready to go before you install it. And also, don't make the mistake I did, have your website / online store live BEFORE you request to be approved for Instagram shopping on the Instagram app! But it was solved quickly within minutes. HAHAHA

Alert! Alert !, if you use this application you could lose your facebook account.
I need help urgently please, my facebook account has been blocked without reason, because of this app.

I am not the first to happen, if I had read the comments I would never have used it :(, I have invested more than $ 3,000 in my facebook store, and now I can lose all that money :(

It's created a few odd issues - missing google product categories and such that I can't easily fix. Also it's hard to edit a collection once it's been established, or at least I can't figure out how to do it yet. I do like how it's letting me know what products are causing problems, although it's unclear whether the rest of the approved products will be published.

Learning in-process and seems easy to navigate through the steps of setting up shops. As a novice to building shops on Facebook and Instagram, the process has plenty of tutorials that need to be watched closely and every step of the way is proved before publishing. It's appreciated that each step is approved before hitting the next level of selling on social media

I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.
