whether you like Facebook or not, its hard to ignore ... this app makes setting up the channel in your shopify store really easy to do
Could you please give us an update when you will add instagram and facebook shopping accounts? This currently adds not a big value at all.

At the moment, we do not have a set release date for the Facebook Shops and Instagram product tagging features, but I can assure you that this is something our team is currently working on. When available, we'll be updating our changelog (https://bit.ly/2GvA5MW) with the announcement. You should also receive a notification in your admin.
In the meantime, you can use the Facebook app to create Facebook ads and posts directly through Shopify. You can learn more about how to do this here: https://bit.ly/303i0zE.

I use the app to integrate Facebook ads with Shopify. It works well, although I would like to see more functionality.

Difficult to set up Facebook Shop and ended up going round in circles. Think I have also duplicated my Pixel somewhere along the line too :/

Okay to use. Fairly easy to set up but a bit difficult to find the accept bottons - some at the top, some at the bottom. Needs consistency.
This app does the job of syncing our stores products into Facebook, and allowing us to run Marketing campaigns directly from the Shopify admin.
The app isn't perfect but Shopify support is outstanding. Works well and will get better - we now drive over 50% of our social traffic from FB.
Initial set up of Facebook Business account was easy. Step by step directions were easy to follow. Hope the rest of the designing is as intuitive.
I haven't had the best luck learning how to integrate the Facebook Channel successfully. Hoping to give it another try so I could change my rating.

I cant use shopify marketing to publish retargetting ads..... It keeps getting rejected over and over again saying something is wrong with Facebook.

There can be some things which need to be set up before you can publish Facebook ads through Shopify. I'm going to send you an email so we can get to the bottom of this and get your ad up and running. Keep an eye out for it!
