Judge.me is a great app and very easy to use. The setup was straightforward, the interface is clean, and it integrates perfectly with Shopify. It has all the features I need to collect and display customer reviews, while still being simple to manage.

Excellent support from the Judge.me team.
We wanted to use Shopify Shop as our only review collection platform, with Judge.me purely as the display layer on our website. The team answered our questions, configured the integration, disabled Judge.me review request emails, and helped install the widgets in our Shopify theme.
Oualid and Yassine were particularly helpful and made sure everything was set up correctly. The support was patient, professional and willing to work through our specific requirements.

Crazy easy to install and set up — and immediately effective! Within 30 minutes, I had Judge.me up and running and collected five reviews. Everything is now automated and the process to configure and customize the templates was highly intuitive. Can't recommend Judge.me any more.

The one thing that could be better is the Amazon review import process. It requires a third-party Chrome extension to scrape reviews, and that extension has very poor reviews. Plus, reusing text from Amazon reviews violates their terms and conditions, so it's a risk. Personally, I wouldn't market that as a feature.
