Judge.me Product Reviews App

I installed Judge Me recently, and so far, so good. I was able to download all of my reviews from Etsy. Everything is working and looks good. I'm very pleased, especially since I am using the free version.

Service was great. It should be clearer what you are able to do with a free subscription (almost nothing).

The App does exactly what it says it does, it’s easy to manage and looks great - but what we have really loved is the support and the continual improvement.

The team were fantastic to help get us started and migrate, and the support and involvement of the team going forward had been different class.
It may be a very cost effective solution but there is no impact on performance or on new developments / improvements – one of the most active in new developments of all the apps we have installed on our site.

Importation of Reviews is tedious. WARNING: You need to save after 50 or your work won't import. I found the instructions on this process to be very poor.

I like the product grouping feature, which is why I might continue to use the paid product.

I like the app. I love the way it sends out review requests and that I can give incentives for people to review products. Some of the widgets are a little too large/clunky for my preferences, but that may just be that I am not proficient at customizing them (user error).

Today I utilized the chat feature and the tech on the other end was very responsive, helpful, and patient. I really appreciate that because I'm a small business owner doing all the things. When I finally have time to work on something, it's nice to have help in the moment.

Love this app. Just wish that when an existing customer reviews on the web and not directly from the automated email to leave a review, that it automatically detects that the email and customer matches to mark it as a "verified" customer. Several customers leave reviews on our web rather than the automated email so this has happened frequently.

I've had a great experience using Judge.me. It's easy to set up, user-friendly, and offers excellent value for the features it provides. Collecting customer reviews has become much more streamlined, and the automated review request emails have helped increase the number of authentic reviews I receive.

A very useful and easy-to-use review app that helps us hugely request, display, and manage our customer reviews. Their team are also very helpful when we ran into a couple of issues. All of which were sorted! Well worth using for any business.

Outstanding support. Mohamed was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my follow-up questions regarding duplicate reviews and how they affect my store's rating. He clearly explained the best course of action, confirmed that archiving the duplicate unverified review would not impact my rating, and helped me understand the moderation options available going forward.
