Judge.me Product Reviews App

We have used Judge.me for almost 5 years now and are very happy with all the features and integrations. Support is very helpful is resolving and theme issues. Highly recommended!

We've found this app to be easy to work with. It integrate smoothly with Shopify and gives multiple options for collecting and displaying reviews. When we recently needed support, the first level Bot, got us a good way there and then, when we hit a snag it was quickly handed off to the human who was quick to respond. I was originally hesitant/suprised to see there wasn't an in-app Chat but the email connection worked just fine.

Excellent customer service, at all hours of the day or night. They helped me sort out a few issues that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own. I was initially on the free plan, but some recent changes to the rules of Shopify required me to upgrade to the $15/mo premium plan, and I was hesitant at first but ultimately decided it was money well spent because of their exceptional customer service - thanks, Felix!!

Super user friendly and the features that are not, the customer support and the guy I spoke to, Brian, is absolutely incredible. Especially with their AI assistance. Judge me is one of those applications that are not only required when starting and scaling, but actually help your business grow in so many ways.

Fantastic support. App is straightforward to use, flexible and you can tell that they're very well-versed with Shopify. Ron in particular helped guide us through a project we had.

Great integration with Shopify, lots of widgets to choose from, and very easy to gather reviews from customers. Support team were very responsive when I needed it too.

If you are syncing reviews across platforms in my case Etsy -> Shopify. Don't forget to match SKU-s. The spreadsheet method is bad idea as it might not connect the reviews to the appropriate product.
