Judge.me Product Reviews App

Fin was a very helpful agent and made us feel very comfortable about working with Judge.Me support.
Judge.Me is secure, which means reviews need to go through authorized channels to be verified. I was worried at first that this would slow our business down. But Judge.Me support is fast!
The product is good and any difficulties can sometimes be worked out in less than 15 minutes, truthfully they're that responsive.

The app works well. Might be a little expensive for smaller business, but who can afford to ignore reviews... The support makes it worth it tho. Binh and Abraão to name only them gave us an incredible assistance — Fast & efficient.

Binh particularly, who jumped ahead of the AI Agent, and came in the chat proactively with knowledge and solutions. Great job Binh, this is what customer service and tech support should be.

Excellent Support and a Fair Resolution

I originally left a 1-star review after seeing a $15 charge through Shopify Billing after I had already uninstalled Judge.me.

Following my review, Isabela, a Team Lead at Judge.me, personally reached out to me. She clearly explained that the charge related to a subscription period that had already started while the app was still installed and that uninstalling the app had correctly stopped future renewals.

She also acknowledged that this could have been communicated more clearly and issued a full refund of the $15 charge.

I really appreciate the way Isabela handled the situation. She was professional, transparent, and fair, and my concern was fully resolved.

Customer service should be judged not only by whether problems occur, but also by how a company responds when they do. In this case, Judge.me handled the resolution very well.

I’m therefore updating my original 1-star review to 5 stars based on the support and resolution I received.

Love this app - we were able to migrate our reviews from Big Commerce and love the options of verified buyers being able to leave reviews. Also, we are testing out the coupon code function - we will see how that goes! I have high hopes!

Judge.me is a great app - easy to set up, reliable review requests, and smooth Shopify integration. The flexible timing settings were especially helpful for us. Highly recommend.

Recently, I switched from Loox to Judge.me. Thank you for offering a free plan and a generous Awesome plan. It has helped me worry less about rising app subscription costs. I also noticed that most of the features I used in Loox were already available in Judge.me’s free plan.

Recommended by Shopify Sidekick, I installed Judge.me to collect product reviews for my bestsellers. Support was excellent, they immediately switched off the generic reviews as requested. My legacy theme needed a little HTML editing, but they guided me through it clearly and made the installation easy. Thank you!
