Judge.me Product Reviews App

Good experience so far, does exactly what it says on the tin. Was able to import old reviews with little or no issues. It’s sending out review requests fine and responses are published without problems. I’m using the free version so far.

Judge.me has been a great addition to my Shopify store, an interesting app to consider for Shopify store owners. I’ve had a very positive experience with the app so far. It is easy to set up, integrates smoothly with the store, and the review widgets look professional.

One of the things I appreciate most is how straightforward the backend is. It is easy to understand and navigate, which makes managing reviews and the different settings much less complicated. I also found adding and setting up the widgets within the theme to be simple.

The notifications are another useful feature, as they provide relevant information that can help identify areas where the store can improve.

So far, I’ve mainly used Judge.me for regular written customer reviews and haven’t started collecting photo or video reviews yet. However, the standard review features have worked very well for my needs.

Overall, Judge.me is a reliable and practical review app with useful features and a user-friendly interface. It’s especially worth considering for growing Shopify stores that want an easy way to manage customer reviews and gain useful feedback.

I had some technical issues that I was un able to resolve thought the Judge.me app interface with Shopify...I contacted them through chat, worked with the AI bot first, when I had exhausted that avenue, I requested a live person chat, it was immediate and the experience was excellent and I was able to resolve all of my issues and concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Their reviews and verified reviews system is great for customer satisfaction and trust. Also, I dealt with a live agent named Yassine, and that individual was superb!

Their customer support is also great. The AI support responds quickly, understands what you’re trying to accomplish, and walks you through solutions just like you’d expect from a human agent.

Judge.me offers many useful features and integrates very well with Shopify. The review widgets look clean, are easy to customize, and the automatic review request emails are especially helpful. I recently needed assistance, and the support advisor was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. Excellent app and great customer service!

Exceptional real human service :) I use it for 5 shops now, we integrated all the reviews throughout all 5 shops and now we have proven or International sales. The app has more capabilities than I could imagen. I am sorry for not reveling those earlier.

Customer service is excellent! I had some issues with my theme and Google Search. The AI support was helpful up to a certain point, but when I needed further assistance, I requested to speak with a human. Brian helped me and was very professional, kind and patient. I really appreciated his help in getting everything sorted.

The reviews app is also fantastic and works really well on our website. Overall a great app backed by excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Great app, lots of ways to customize review requests and display reviews. Reasonable pricing. Good integrations allowing importing reviews from other sales channels.

Needed help after importing over 1600 reviews. Kima very quickly and kidnly fixed the install of the widget on my theme (as it was orginally showing every review 2x and the reviews weren't loading in correctly). Unfortunately I am still missing a lot of the 1600 reviews that I imported so I will have to reimport them manually but Kima solved every other issue perfectly! The bulk import tool also did not work very well. It couldn't link most reviews to any products in our stores so it took me a few work days to complete that manually, too. I;m not sure why the reviews didn't move but the app looks so much nicer than our previous app so it's worth the hassle!
