Really powerful app, still going strong after a year, update was beautiful and smooth, their own review site sends traffic, too - we see it in our analytics. Super happy with it.

We're a small candle brand, so social proof matters a lot for us. People can't smell a candle through a screen, and reviews are a big part of how they decide.

Judge.me was already doing the job on the free plan, but upgrading to the Awesome plan made a noticeable difference. The layout options let me style everything to match our brand, the reviews feel more interactive, and the storefront just reads as more professional and trustworthy now. does everything youd want it to do, some parts are a bit clunky and hard to optimize (email requests) but its solid all round.

Van was brilliant.
I'd been going back and forth with the AI agent for a while on a tricky settings issue (stopping product review request emails while keeping store reviews), and it kept pointing me at settings that turned out not to be the actual cause.

Van took over, found the real setting on her own in a few minutes, fixed it herself, and then sent a sample email so I could verify it was actually working rather than just telling me it was fixed.

She also sorted out a second issue for us, making our homepage review widget clickable through to our reviews page. Quick, genuinely helpful, and she checked her own work before handing it back.
