I have only used Loloyal for a short period of time, but so far, it has been excellent. So easy to set up, with many options available to help customer retention. I had a small query which was answered promptly and efficiently by Mariadel on their live chat. Very pleased :)

This is a super great app for new business to start a loyalty program without any charges (at the moment) and it has many cool features to retain your customer at ease. The customer service team's response is fast, special mention to Mariadel and Catherine who support us whenever we need.

We just downloaded the app for our website and are so pleased with the immediate and very helpful responses! I am a very visual learner when it comes to learning my way around new apps and they were so helpful with the tutorials and step-by-step photos to see how I can best utilize their tools.

The customer service was outstanding and all of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The representative I dealt with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was positive.

The UI is top notch and easy to navigate, I was able to set up exactly how I wanted my loyalty program to be without having to touch any code or even reach support. Outstanding job really. Kudos.

Excellent experience with Catherine! The app is functioning excellent! all they need is to add fonts and theme adaption and its an easy to use simple app. Their customer service is above the bar! I found this app easy to install and navigate. I'm glad my customers can now receive a discount. I like that I can customize it to match the look of my store. The help I received by the app in order to ask a few questions was brilliant. Mariadel was very patient with me and made sure she had answered all my questions. My only criticism would be that I need Klaviyo integration, but I see in the app that this is coming in the future.

Amazing! Just the customer service alone is 5 stars, and the app is wonderful and lovely! I dealt with Mariadel who went above and beyond in getting me to migrate my customers and their points from a previous app I was using. As a solo business owner, the extra help she gave was precious and saved me so much time and headache. The app was up and functioning straight away on my website, that part couldn't have been easier, and it looks so nice as well! Totally recommend this app!!!
