Rafael was very helpful and thorough. He checked on my issues internally and followed up with a resolution, quick response and easy to communicate with.
Jovanna very quickly answered the question I had and provided additional support in helping to find the correct location to find my newsletter sign-up hyperlink.
Overall the app has pretty much everything you need, but I do find that there are times where I'm not able to accomplish what I need to. In terms of customer service, it's great! David was very nice and responsive and was able to give me answers very quick.
UI could be more intuitive. David was great help in navigating me through it though.
