Super user friendly, exceptional customer service, intuitive interface, and the preview of the message shown on a phone rather than just in text format is so much fun! We switched from another platform and wish we didn't wait so long. Best out there - and now with the best pricing by far!

I wanted to try out texting since my email campaigns don't have a high open rate. Customer service has been fantastic - they do an onboarding call and have super fast and helpful people available on chat. Surprisingly robust segmenting available, with lots of ideas for marketing campaigns.

If you’re not doing SMS marketing, you’re already behind. Postscript is the best SMS marketing tool out there for Shopify sites and I’ve been recommending it to everyone in my network. They have A+ customer service and are constantly adding new features. Plus, they’re actually based in the US!

I use this app to send customer notifications of new arrivals and sales. I like how right after sending notifications I see my traffic increase and i’m able to set up flows to remind customers of abandoned carts or up sell. When ever I have a questions they answer all my questions right away.

Shannon is so helpful. She really went above + beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue today. She also set up email notifications, which I did not even know were possible. A great app that's really pushing our conversions over the top with little effort and cost. I highly recommend Postscript.
