I needed an app that could handle my need for SMS abandoned cart messages (since they are much more efficient than emails) and this app certainly did the trick. The fact that they can send the customer a picture in the text of the exact item they had in their cart is pretty mind-blowing too!

It's super easy to get started, install the app, do a bit a setup, get some help from support (who are extremely fast and helpful) if needed, then boom you are done and collecting phone numbers. Integrates very nicely with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, too!

Amazing app, even better support. Zev stayed on chat with me while I set it up, took all of a couple minutes, and we are already collecting subscribers. Jumped ship from another provider mostly for the segmentation and ease of use of the platform, which looks amazing. Nice app. Can't go wrong here.

We have researched dozens of texting apps as a solution for our Shopify Plus store (we're newbies) and finally came across one that is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to ask for help through their support team. I am very pleased with the app so far.
