Shop has been responsible for 80% of my new customers. I wish the app could be even more customizable - I'd like to feature products and not collections. I only see an option to show All Products, and I'd just like to focus on a few.
This is a convenient way for consumers to buy from our store but the delivery is not great.
The way product images are cropped differently from the online store creates an inconsistent appearance from one to another.
All images should be based off the 1:1 ratio like the online store.
A timed availability feature would be great too. Being able to set a date & time to release products on the online store is very useful but having to manually post to the shop app is a pain.
Great addon, have great traffic and sales due to this app. Currently have one chargeback due to a fraudulent customer messing with my store, but overall the app had made various sales.
I have used the app as a consumer, and I'm excited to launch my business on an easy to use and feature-packed site! I have enjoyed purchasing items on Shop in the past, and the delivery tracking feature and the Shop Pin login feature are favorites. Thank you for a great app!
I have been getting quite a few sales and reviews via shop. I am looking forward to adding more options to my shop and future upgrades that are not currently available in Australia
Really good way to get extra orders and trusted buyers! Would love a way to do shop promise, we are a small business with brick and mortat and don't get 50 orders a month online yet.
I have gotten an increase of sales, I have the app for awhile so I say be patient and let your products speak for itself and you will get sales using Shop it brings customers to your store.
Have received sales from the app. A lot of potential customers are looking for finance options, unfortunately not available to Canadians:(
